OHIP Exams for <20 and 65+ yrs with Valid Health Card.
ODSP/OW Exams every 2 yrs MUST be noted as such in booking comments.

Services

Eye Exam (OHIP or Non OHIP)

1 hr$180

OHIP only provides coverage for people who fit into the following categories:
(less than 20yrs every 1 yr) or (20-64yrs w/diab. glauc. amd. etc every 1 yr)….or (65+yrs w/health conditions every 1 yr) or (65+ w/no health conditions every 1.5 yrs).
ODSP/O.W. Every 2 years. All OHIP Patients must have a Valid OHIP Card.
* Please note- email reminders will say $180, but please see above.*

Full Eye Exam - Non-OHIP are $180...for those who do not fall into any of the above categories.

Dr. Oriahi provides full exams for both OHIP Covered patients and NON-OHIP covered patients. We also welcome our Military personnel.
OHIP covers: youth 19 and under, or 20-64yrs w/certain medical conditions, or 65+ yrs, or ODSP + O.W.
